Shipping Policy

Free Shipping offers FREE SHIPPING on all of our orders placed within the continental United States.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the mainland US Lower 48 States.

Order Confirmation

As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out a confirmation to your email address, this just means that we've received your order in our system and we've pre-authorized your payment method ready for your purchase.

We'll then check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be dispatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping (about 1-2 business days and will not ship out on weekends), we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order. Orders that are placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will ship on Monday or Tuesday.

In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for dispatch, we will remove the pre-authorization from your payment method and reach out to you via email or telephone.

How Will my Order be Shipped?

All orders will be shipped using the fastest, safest and most reliable methods. We'll choose the most suitable shipping method and courier after your order has been cleared for shipment and your payment has been processed. All non-freight shipping will take an estimated 3-5 days for delivery from the day the order ships. A signature is required on ALL deliveries.

Freight Shipping

Freight shipping may be necessary for some of our larger products and may require additional information prior to order processing. If freight shipping is required, it will be noted on the product page.

Please provide a valid phone number at checkout. Shortly before the delivery date, a friendly freight driver will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment or you may be required to contact the customer service department of the trucking company to schedule your delivery appointment. You will need to be home to receive the package at the scheduled time.

If the driver is unable to reach you after several calls or you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be returned according to our Return Policy.

  • All freight truck items may take 5-7 days for delivery.
  • Customer contact information will be provided to the trucking company for the purpose of scheduling a delivery appointment.
  • A contact person of at least 21 years of age (photo ID required) must be present and provide a signature at the time of delivery. 
  • Items can be lifted off the truck by two adults.

When Will my Order be Shipped?

Power Rides USA is not responsible for any delays in shipping. These delays are rare and cannot be used as a reason to cancel the order without financial ramifications to the buyer.

We'll then send you a shipping confirmation email and any tracking information after your item(s) have left the warehouse. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

We are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally including Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Can my order be shipped to a PO box?

Unfortunately, not. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Can my order be shipped overnight or next day?

Unfortunately, not. We cannot provide overnight or expedited shipping.
